Position Type: Full-time; Hourly
Location: Auburn, WA
Wage Scale: $18.00-$25.00
Benefits: Full-time Regular Employees (and their families) can enroll in medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, and 401K. Employees will also accrue 80 hours of vacation per year for the first 9 years and eight paid holidays throughout the calendar year.
Responsibilities:
- Provide admin/clerical support to Production Managers and staff
- Review job files
- Enter production material and usage daily
- Review, audit and confirm material is posted correctly
- Investigate missing materials and update system
- Run and analyze material, labor, and job costing reports
- Abides by all safety rules set forth by company and governmental regulatory agencies and ensures that hazardous conditions are reported and corrected.
Requirements
- Must possess good interpersonal skills and the ability to interact professionally with customers, co-workers, and managers.
- Previous experience in a construction office environment is highly desired but not required.
- Ability to multi-task with excellent organizational skills.
- Knowledge on the usage of PC and other office equipment
- Knowledge of a variety of software including but not limited to MS Office applications and SAP
- Regular attendance is required.
- Valid WA Driver s License
