As a Senior HR Advisor, you will assist with ER related initiatives, provide advice and guidance, develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, manage HR projects, ensure SLAs are met within a timely manner and deputise for the HR Manager as needed. You will also be required to manage and support a team of HRA’s across a specific geographical area.

About you
Requirements:
- Experience supporting managers, providing advice and delivering value in a large scale, fast moving, multi-site organisation
- You will hold a CIPD Level 5 qualification
- Experience in business partnering with stakeholders
- You will need to be a driver as there will be some travel required in order to be present and visible in services
- Experience in TUPE and acquisition, disposal and redundancy
- Line manager experience
- Ability to work on projects and support the HR Manager with other HR related tasks
