Senior HR Adviser
Maternity Cover for one year starting from May 2022
Salary from £38,313 to £46,820 pa inclusive with potential to progress to £49,614 pa inclusive of London allowance

The Role
This role will support the Head of HR Operations (HHRO) in delivering continuous improvement of HR processes to improve operational service and customer experience.
The post holder will be responsible for reviewing current HR processes and proposing process improvements and solutions to increase efficiency and effectiveness of HR services.
The post holder will address key pain points in current HR processes by identifying, planning and delivering changes in line with and supporting the longer-term HR Transformation Programme.
Skills and Experience
- Proven experience of mapping existing complex HR business processes into As-is documentation and process flow diagrams
- Experience of identifying improvements, mapping them to To-be process documentation and explaining business benefits
- Excellent stakeholder management skills to influence and train users in new processes
- Knowledge of configuring ETL tools and/or ability to write code to automate data flows using API to various systems as part of automation/process improvement
- Experience of Power Automate, Power Apps, Smartsheet, SharePoint
- Experience of working with complex Excel formulas
- Self-starter who can manage end-to-end project on their own while keeping stakeholders aware of progress, risks and migitation plans
Prior experience of configuring and creating workflows in Smartsheet will be preferred
