We are building on our committed and dedicated office/community management team team and recruiting a full time Senior Care Worker to work based from our registered office located in Weston Super-mare within our Homecare Division at MJSS Group LTD.
The duties of Senior Care Worker is to manage Field based care workers within their roles.
A large part of the role will be supervising your designated staff team, and the full running of your geographical area, carrying out face to face supervisions and spot checks as-well as client care assessments and care package reviews.
Whilst in the office you will be first point of contact via telephone calls from your staff team and service users proactively and professionally dealing with all queries.
Your role will also include general administration and compliance assurance, you must be able to work well using your own initiative and by being lead by the management team to ensure all administrative tasks for the operations of the business are completed to a satisfactory level and in a set time frame.
You will work closely with the wider office team to ensure that duties are full-filled satisfactory.
Your working hours will typically be Monday to Friday 09:00 to 17:00 with a requirement of out of office hours emergency On Call support covering on a rotated basis of evenings and weekends evenly rotated throughout the team and paid in addition to your salary , these duties will be working from home on a Monday - Friday out of hours and office based on your rostered weekends. you will be provided with a on-call telephone and laptop/I-pad and enhanced rates at weekends.

- Level 2 QCF Health and Social Care preferable, or willingness to work towards this

Salary: £22,425.00-£26,265.00 per year
