Electrical Project Manager
As a result of year-on-year growth, an excellent opportunity has arisen for an Electrical Project Manager with Commercial fit out experience to join a very successful and highly respected M&E Building Services based in the Basildon area.
This ever-expanding company provide Mechanical and Electrical Building Services from design, through to supply, installation and commissioning.
Works undertaken are predominantly Commercial fit out projects, with Contract values ranging from £250k up to £4m.
To be considered for this role, it is an essential requirement that you have a minimum of HNC/HND.

- Base salary: £65k - £70k (depending on experience)

Electrical Project Manager - Key Activities include:
- Working closely with colleagues in the Pre-Construction, Commercial and Operational departments to ensure that the project(s) assigned to you are delivered on time and within the set budget
- Procurement and financial management of the project
- Liaise with clients, subcontractors and suppliers
- Management of the site team
- Quality Control
- RAMS
