We are professional, agile, customer-centric, and our goal is to provide excellent customer service experience and outstanding commitment of excellence. Our main focus is providing our customers excellent desserts and service. We specialise in a range of desserts. . Applicants must be 18+ · At least 1-year preferred experience working in a fast-paced food environment. · Preferred experience in making/serving desserts. · Basic knowledge of food hygiene, health and safety. · Positive attitude and exceptional customer service skills. · Happy to clean & maintain equipment and keep the shop tidy. · Brilliant communicator and able to cope under pressure. · Able to demonstrate multi-tasking with ease. · Full flexibility · Able to work in the UK with good knowledge of English. As a team member, you’ll be responsible for making sure every customer has an enjoyable experience at Krepes 'n' Kones. Demonstrate outstanding customer service and be able to anticipate customers’ needs and expectations. · Provide quality desserts to all customers according to recipe and presentation standards. · Taking orders from customers and till handling. · Preparing and serving customer orders. · Cleaning and maintaining the presentation of shop floor and staff area at all times. · Follow opening and closing procedures. .

Our company is looking for a loyal and friendly individual to join our team of Servers. The ideal candidate has experience serving food and drinks to customers in a fast-paced environment. The right candidate will be responsible for bartending duties and will also be expected to constantly cater to the needs of customers.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver food or drinks to customers at their table in a timely manner.
- Acknowledge customers and greet them.
- Assist the chief server with taking orders.
- Assist the servers with clearing the tables, removing dirty dishes from the tables and returning them to the kitchen, and preparing the tables for the next serving of food or drinks.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £14,445.14-£25,243.04 per year

- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
