Job description
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our fast-growing team. The ideal candidate for this position will have a background in customer service, and will be responsible for assisting customers, handling escalations and resolving customer issues. The successful candidate will maintain regular communication with customers to solve technical problems and isolate root causes of support issues.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer enquiries.
- Be able to collect payments using various methods.
- Be able to manage a queue of people waiting to be served.
- Be able to analyse data and propose alternative solutions.
- Understand the products and services provided by the company.
- Execute tasks in a timely manner.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £20,815.00-£22,157.00 per year
