Job description
- Will be responsible for looking after a section with up to 10 tables 20-25 covers seated.
- Looking after your guests, working closely with the manager on duty and section floor manager/supervisor.
- Working in a team of highly skilled professionals, following the checklist for both opening and closing.
- Successful candidates will be natural sellers and unafraid to use their knowledge to recommend items off the menu and wine and cocktail list.
- Be able to work over the weekends and different shift patterns.
- Have previous experience (1 year minimum) working in a fast-paced and high-end environment.
- Possess excellent communication skills and strong leadership skills.
- Good food (Sea Food and Oysters), basic wine and cocktail knowledge.
- Successful candidates will be familiar with Tevalis POS system and Microsoft Office
- Have great presentation, be outgoing and confident.
- 28 days holiday, increasing with every year of service (up to five years)
