Key Responsibilities
Participate in the brainstorming and ideation phase of projects, contributing fresh and innovative design concepts in live kick off meetings.- Create and design visually engaging and innovative pitches and concept work that meet the client's objectives and vision.
- Collaborate with the team to develop design concepts, graphics, and layouts that resonate with the target audience.
- Work with the project management team to ensure all projects are delivered on time.
- Provide creative input and direction to other team members and stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies.
Key Skills
At least 5 years of experience in designing pitches and concept work for agencies or creative studios.- Expertise in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong understanding of typography, layout, and colour theory.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to present and explain design concepts and ideas.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A strong portfolio that showcases your design skills, creativity, and experience with pitches and concept work.
