The overall goal of the project is to support the client's CX transformation.
Currently, the client is migrating from legacy digital channels to LivePerson. As such, there are existing 3rd party integration and internal processes that must be ported over from legacy to LivePerson.
In addition to porting existing functionality, there will need to be some integration between LP and Voice Channels.
There will also be work involving integrating or implementing existing backend services to facilitate reporting.
We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Develop front-end and back-end web applications using JavaScript frameworks like Vue and React
- Build, deploy, and maintain RESTful API services using Node.js working in conjunction with Kubernetes or cloud computing services like AWS and GCP
- Collaborate with other development teams and stakeholders to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality software
- Assist in planning and estimating development projects/sprints
- Write clean, well-organized, and reusable code and ensure code quality
- Troubleshoot and debug applications in a timely manner
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in web development
- Take part in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing
- Provide technical guidance and support to other team members
- Work in an agile environment, using methodologies like Scrum or Kanban
- 5+ years of experience in full-stack web development
- Proficiency in JavaScript and JavaScript frameworks (Vue, React)
- Hands-on experience with Node.js and RESTful API services
- Experience with Kubernetes or cloud computing services like AWS and GCP
- Knowledge of database systems such as MySQL, MongoDB, or PostgreSQL
- Experience with Git and working in a collaborative environment
- Good understanding of agile software development processes and methodologies
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot in a timely manner
- Strong attention to detail and ability to write clean, well-organized, and reusable code
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team
