Message from our Founder
The Care Leaders is an exciting start-up organisation that is on a mission to do good things, with good people for good causes – that enhance the lives of children with a social worker, children in care and care leavers.
Our vision is for young people to leave services in a better place than when they entered. This is the same opportunity we want for our staff, although we don’t want you to leave us, we certainly want to provide you with opportunities to grow and develop through your role.
The role of administration coordinator will be to help with the organisation with the day-to-day running of the company, this will focus in two areas; digital marketing and customer experience. You will be involved in a wide range of activity from, scheduling social media posts, curating content, arranging meetings, managing travel arrangement and taking minutes.
As this role requires you to work in two areas, we are looking for someone who is interested in perusing a career in either digital marketing or customer experience.
If you are interested in digital marketing you will be provided training to develop you skills so that you become a confident digital marketer. Overtime, you will have the opportunity take a more active role with more complex tasks such as video editing, asset creation and podcast development.
If digital marketing is not your thing, then this role could also provide you with the opportunity to work in a growing customer experience team, opening up management opportunities as we hire more people.
We are a fast-growing social enterprise and are looking for an ambitious, committed and driven individual who had a good heart and an open mind. We are human-first, we care about who work for us, and the young people we serve - we need you to have the same ethos. You will be meticulous with your work, paying attention to detail and be passionate about your craft. We have a saying: ‘if you are going to raise a problem, then raise a solution with it’. That’s because we don’t want to hear problems, we work with people who create solutions. Adaptability it the key to working here, as we are a start-up things change quick, this role requires you to find change exciting and move with it and not against it. Be bold in your role and speak up, this is not an organisation dictated by hierarchy, or somewhere that people are valued position alone. This is an organisation that knows every idea is valuable and we want to offer you a platform for you to share yours.
I look forward to meeting you at The Care Leaders.
Luke Rodgers BEM
