Job Description
We have an opportunity for a strong candidate to become a member of the leadership team in Product Reporting and Information (PRI). We are a supportive, development focused, dedicated team that delivers accurate, timely and informative Financial Reporting for the Retail Division, with this role particularly focusing on Consumer Lending Product Reporting.

We have an integral role in the communication to the Retail Finance Leadership team on the Reporting of Management Accounts, Ledger and Technical Accounting support as well as driving forward our key strategic projects.
The PRI Team supports Retail Product Finance Teams and operates a dynamic resourcing structure that allows exposure to the lending Business Units. You will benefit from a wide-ranging view of the Retail business, which provides an excellent opportunity to increase your breadth of knowledge across LBG.
We deliver accurate, timely and informative month-end reporting for the key Product areas in Retail, with this role primarily supporting the Mortgages, Credit Cards, and Loans businesses within Consumer Lending.
A focus on financial control is important, along with the skills to interpret financial data and collaborate closely with business partners.

So - what will you be doing...

Leading, developing, and championing your team (of 10 colleagues) to deliver a high-performance mentality and encouraging them to embrace stretching development objectives.

Supporting your team in providing insightful, high quality management accounting reports, executing control, and operating as a management accounting specialist support across Consumer Lending and the individual products.

Build a wide network of contacts across Finance, with collaboration between teams being the key to your success in the role.

Respond to individual and team objectives and invest in improving personal performance by growing own skills and capabilities and coaching others.

Ideally, you will be a qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with experience of leading a team in a fast-paced environment.
