Senior Finance Business Partner
Location: Slough, Berkshire

We have transformed the way finance interacts with the business by freeing up our business partners from modelling, reporting and analysis, which has enabled our team to immerse themselves in business operations. Dedicated teams in FP&A, Accounting, and Cash Collection provide partnering and support to ensure we deliver on the business needs.
You will be part of a high-profile team with tremendous responsibility and scope, guiding senior leaders on all financial matters. This will include the following:
· Managing performance by translating global strategy into local targets ensuring these are delivered through the monthly financial planning and review cycle.
· Optimising decisions on Pricing, Capex, Cost, Tenders, and Trading Terms by evaluating the impact, validating assumptions and scenario planning.
· Champion operations by ensuring controls are in place for key areas of risk and decisions are made in compliance with relevant policies and regulations. As well as identifying, overseeing and leading continuous improvement projects.
CIMA/ACCA/ACA qualified, you will need to be fluent in numbers and business translating analytical insight into a commercial context. You will possess well-rounded finance experience and a proven track record of partnering with senior leaders to influence decisions and challenge the status quo. You thrive in a fast-paced environment shifting focus to the biggest commercial opportunities and threats in the current moment. You can story tell with data and able to explain complex things in a simple, succinct way to business leaders.
