SALARY: £26,980 - £28,400
LOCATION(S): Bristol
HOURS: Full Time
WORKING PATTERN: Hybrid, 40% (or two days) in an office site

Are you looking for an opportunity to make a difference within a successful Financial Controls team?
As a result of an internal promotion we are looking for an experienced administrator to join us on a part time basis to support the team in their day to day operations. They are responsible for covering a range of Settlements, Journals and Reconciliations that impact both the Balance Sheet and P&L. The work is month end focused and involves completing various month end finance reconciliations and journals to support the Insurance, Pensions and Investments Division. Within the above responsibilities, investigative work is required to resolve any issues identified, which will involve aspects of data analysis that often leads to talking to a wide range of colleagues and providing timely and accurate responses.

What you’ll need
Given the level of data analysis and investigations that you’ll be involved in you should have a keen eye for detail with an ability to multi-task, organise and prioritise workload accordingly.
- Good working knowledge of excel
- Experience in reconciliations
- An investigative mentality
- Communication skills (both written and verbal)
