Job Description Summary
This role is a 9 month secondment or FTC role is for a Senior Finance Administrator within the Source to SAP team which sits within the Accounting Operations function in Group Finance Support. The teams’ responsibilities cover month end reconciliations for accounts across the group. Its a great opportunity to get more involved with Finance.Group Finance Support (GFS) is a team of c400 colleagues within the Finance & Strategy division with responsibility for the core platforms, processes, financial reporting and controls for the Finance Division. It also supports the function through provision of Chief Operating Office responsibilities, People & Culture initiatives, Systems capabilities, Divisional Resilience & Security and Strategy implementation
Job Description
This is a secondment role is for a Senior Finance Administrator within the Source to SAP team which sits within the Accounting Operations function. The teams’ responsibilities cover monthend reconciliations for accounts across the group.
The work within the team is a month end focused and involves completing various month end finance reconciliations (for both SAP and Fusion nominals). Outside month end investigative work is required to resolve any issues identified, which will involve talking to a range of stakeholders and providing timely and accurate responses, and working with different teams and business areas.
