Basic pay - £14.50ph + un-capped commission ( realistic £1,800 to £3,000 per month bonus )
EE has a fantastic opportunity for a Field Sales Agent.
Working as the Senior Field Sales Agent, taking a lead role as part small team of up to 7 you will be joining a major player in the mobile phone industry at the start of an exciting new project. To be successful you MUST be able to demonstrate recent skills in Field Sales and ideally at a team lead level, though previous mobile phone expertise is not necessary.
Senior Field Sales Agents will be our clients presence within the community, they will be responsible for mentoring, coaching and supporting the team alongside showcasing the brilliant technology our client have to support and enhance customers digital lives. Alongside mentoring, coaching and supporting the team, they will conduct face to face sales and service conversations at the customers' homes, passing warm leads to our internal contact centre team for sales processing. They will deliver commercial KPI's and customer satisfaction measures. Be brand ambassadors and will reach out to new customers introducing them to our client also supporting our existing customers with additional products. They will be an expert in dealing with any customer queries using the tools, knowledge, and their skills to offer a solution.
This is a full-time opportunity and as such, ideally you will live in Swansea, Cardiff or Milton Keynes
Key responsibilities & Accountabilities
o Provide leadership to the team through mentoring, coaching and supporting the sales team
o Go into local communities and have sales and service conversations with new and existing customers at their homes.
o They will pass on warm leads to our internal contact centre teams for sales processing.
o With support they will prepare their door 2 door activities, their travel, meeting places and breaks before heading out.
o Give every customer a friendly and personal welcome when you meet and spend time to understand how you can best help them.
o You'll always look to deal brilliantly with customers' queries.
o Ask great questions, and actively listen to your customer and use the information available to understand their personal needs and you'll recommend relevant products and services that are right for them.
o Continually review the feedback and comments that you get from customers and colleagues, to help you give an even better service in the future.
o Make sure you understand the Business - team performance, and your personal KPIs.
o Bring your whole self to work, building positive and collaborative working relationships with your colleagues, looking to support them and share your knowledge.
o Be a brand ambassador, supporting your store with local community activities.
o Be diligent when it comes to completing all your mandatory training, so that you know your stuff.
o Make sure you stay up to date on, and use, the clients policies, propositions, and processes.
o Only sell ethically, recommending the right products for customer's needs, and always in the right way.
o Show strong attention to detail when collecting/recording customer data.
