Due to an increased demand on our Sales Department and planned continued expansion into Europe and USA, a rare opportunity for an outstanding Field Account Manager ready to join us at this exciting time of rapid growth, has arisen. Working once a week from our offices in Kings Lynn or Swaffham, with rest of the week spent on the road this is a unique opportunity for individuals who are determined to succeed and willing to be a part of culture of continuous improvement.
Who are we looking for...
You'll need to be self-motivated, with unparalleled energy, enthusiasm & drive; & an ambition to work for a successful organisation selling high value niche chainsaw protection/arborists products. You will play a key role in sales department by being responsible for managing customer accounts, meeting sales targets, representing the company, selling the product range, developing new reseller accounts, and providing support for store POSM and product launches.

Reporting to the Head of Sales, your key responsibilities include:
- Face to face visits to all UK resellers - 4days per week– in a cadence according to their size - Sell the product range by providing in-depth product knowledge and showcasing the benefits to potential customers
- Face to face visits to new dealers on request of NBD team -Develop new reseller accounts to increase sales growth
- Face to face visits to large end users on request of End User contact person
- Managing own schedule – use the one day in office to connect with the team, and schedule and book all their appointments as well as prepare sales presentations, and follow up with potential customers
No involvement with anything outside of the UK
What are we looking for....
Key Competencies & skills required:
- Business to business field sales experience ideally from similar background/industry
- Proven history of achievement whether that be in sports or other activities
- Excellent communication skills and ability to connect with people at all levels is a must
- Highly motivated self-starter with the ability to set themselves objectives and ensure their achievement (we do not micromanage our staff, we expect them to take pride in their work and accountability)
- Results driven & Solutions focused
- Ability to manage multiple tasks systematically and effectively

· Generous starting salary (£32,000-£36,000DOE) plus uncapped bonus (2.5% on growth of UK resellers)
