More about your role We are looking for a driven individual with excellent collaboration skills to join our Policy and Sustainability team as a senior ESG Manager. You will be responsible for the development and implementation of the Group's ESG strategy, using your strong project management skills to support the Group's activity in this space. You will build and lead a central team to troubleshoot thorny issues and build partnerships internally and externally to deliver on the business's goals in this area. You will work alongside the Group Head of ESG and Sustainability as a policy implementation unit on ESG issues across the organisation. This is a hybrid role based from our London office with the requirement to be in the office 1 to 2 times a week. This would make a great secondment opportunity for the right internal candidate. More about you You will have a track record of managing diverse stakeholders and and strong policy and data analytical skills with an in-depth knowledge of policy making and strategy setting processes. You should be able to evidence excellent and written and verbal communication, as well as experience of managing projects in matrix teams.
