Fu ll-time / office based in Derby, Derbyshire
The successful candidate will serve as central point of contact for our clients, liaise with our German headquarters and provide support for our UK business. You should be self-motivated, goal-oriented and have a deep knowledge of cus- tomer service best practices. If you have exceptional organisational skills and draw energy from being part of a team, we would like to meet you. Ultimately, you should be able to contribute high quality customer service and provide excel- lent administrative support to ensure achievement of sales targets.

- Follow-up sales enquiries and quotations within agreed service which maximises the conversions of enquiries, as timescales well as supporting the business with initiatives for growth.
- Receiving and processing of purchase orders In addition to the above you will also need to
- Maintain records of projects / customer discussions to demonstrate the following; ensure accuracy of project completion
- Maintain contact with clients to obtain missing order in- Excellent written and verbal communication skills formation or answer queries Experience with MS programs including Outlook,
- Develop knowledge to provide basic technical as- Word, Excel and Powerpoint, with the ability to learn sistance to customers, to further develop customer re- new systems quickly lationships Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Liaise with the Logistics Department / Logistics Partner A team player with high level of dedication to ensure timely deliveries Ability to work under strict deadlines

- German language skills
- Experience with importing/exporting goods
