Your Role and Responsibilities
Kyndryl Consult accelerates digital transformation for our customers by aligning business outcomes with the technology that drives them – technology underpinned by decades of mission-critical experiences and a shared culture of continuous modernization. In Kyndryl Consult, our Digital Workplace Consultants are at the edge of technology, changing the way our customers solve their business problems providing consultative-led solutions, services, and digital workplace technology expertise. In this predominantly customer-facing role you will work with customers to transform their digital workplace by performing the following key functions:
- Business development and relationship management: Develop and maintain relationships with key customer stakeholders; experience originating deals with C-level customers; lead pursuit teams; participate and lead the proposal development process; contribute to proposal shaping and pricing strategies.
- Delivery & engagement management: Lead engagement planning and budgeting; mobilize and manage engagement teams; define deliverable structure and content; facilitate buy-in of proposed solutions from top management levels at the customer; direct on-time, quality delivery of work products; manage engagement economics; manage engagement risk.
- Practitioner development: Perform the role of counselor, coach and mentor; provide input and guidance into the staffing process; actively participate in technical practitioner career and skills development, practice staffing and retention activities.
- Use-case prioritization, ROI, business case, and consulting-led Digital Workplace offering development: Collaborate with local and global cross-functional teams to create industry points of view for our Digital Workplace Consulting go-to-market offerings and customer engagements.
- Strategy development including architectural design thinking, strategic architectural integration mapping, roadmap design and program management.

Who you are
You are an experienced senior Consultant with a wealth of knowledge specializing in Digital Workplace solutions. You are focused on the development of relationships with key stakeholders, experienced with C-level customers and leads pursuit teams. Do you have proven experience owning, developing, and executing large complex modern workspace enterprise-scale deals and solutions? You want to participate and lead the proposal development process and contribute to proposal shaping and pricing strategies.
Working closely with the Customer and Technical Teams you will lead the engagement planning, budgeting, mobilization, and management of engagement teams, define deliverable structure and content. You will support the creation of consulting-led Digital Workplace offering development. You enjoy collaborating with local and global cross-functional teams to create industry points of view for our Digital Workplace Consulting go-to-market offerings and customer engagements.
You share your skills and experience for practitioner development, performing the role of coach and mentor whilst providing input and guidance into the staff development process.
You may have certifications, or you will have a breadth of proven consultant experience and are keen to work toward the relevant formalized certifications.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
You can demonstrate a grounded consultative perspective and deep understanding of modern, transformational approaches to enterprise-grade end-user workspace services including but not limited to; organizational, cultural, and behavioral change management, device management, desktop and application virtualization, digital experience management, analytics, AI, automation, and collaboration solutions. You will therefore be able to demonstrate experience in some or all the following areas:
Microsoft Azure proficiency and expertise
AWS proficiency and expertise
Microsoft Modern Workplace technologies and capabilities including:
Identity and Access Management
Security
Proficiency with the Power Platform in relation to its application in the Modern Workplace
Employee Experience
Collaboration & Communications
Device Management
ServiceNow platform & Technology workflows, capabilities, and integrations
Cloud Contact Centre Technology (Five9 or Amazon Connect)
Cloud Desktop and Application Virtualisation technologies
Application Modernisation technologies and services
Digital Experience Management platforms and technologies
Detailed understanding and experience in the relevance of AI & Automation as it pertains to the future of the Digital Workplace
Preferred Technical and Professional Experience
At least ten years leading and delivering end-user/workspace-specific consultative engagements to customers
At least one relevant Hyperscaler Certification in a demonstrable area of expertise
Extensive experience in leading and supporting sales engagements through communicating the benefits of consultative solutions and services to the sales community
Proven leadership experience in coaching, mentoring & developing high-performing practitioners and project teams
