My client is a is an award-winning creative and marketing agency with a diverse range of clients including regional operators and well-known brands. From B2B to B2C clients there client base is varied, however, we largely work across the hotel, leisure, sport and education sectors.
Due to expansion and growth, they are looking to hire a Digital Marketing Manager.
They are open to a part time candidate that has family commitments. The salary will be pro rata
A results-driven digital marketer, the successful candidate will have a detailed understanding of integrated campaign management including paid social/search and SEO (technical and on-page content strategy) channels.
You’ll be both hands-on and strategic - an ability to plan and set KPI’s together with monitoring daily performance of accounts and campaigns, you’ll be able to coordinate activity between teams.
They are looking for someone with the potential to become a future director and shareholder within the business.
You’ll be supported by a digital marketing executive together with a small team of creatives, developers, account managers and agency partners.
The role of the Digital Marketing Manager:
New Business:
- Develop and drive the lead generation strategy to generate new business.
- Support the business development process including analysis, input into proposals, pitches and onboarding sessions.
- Drive client key performance indicators by executing campaigns and on-going improvements
- Plan and execute multi-channel Digital Marketing activity including Paid Media, SEO and Content Marketing campaigns.
- Oversee and contribute to reports across PPC, Paid Social, SEO and organic social results.
- Support the account management team by liaising with clients on a regular basis.
- Work collaboratively with the wider team, including the studio and creative teams, on various digital marketing projects.
Skills for the Digital Marketing Manager:
- 4 years+ experience working in a digital marketing role.
- Extensive knowledge of SEO principles, both on-page and technical.
- Extensive paid media knowledge across Paid Social, PPC and Display.
- Advanced proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Search Console and various reporting tools.
- Experience using a range of CMS systems.
- Understanding of HTML and CSS.
- Google Tag Manager Skills and Google Shopping experience is a bonus.
- Familiar with G-suite, Trello and time management tools.
- Excellent English and good copywriting skills.
Experience for the Digital Marketing Manager:
- Must have previous experience of working in an agency or a Freelance person who has worked on multiple clients
- Proven track record of driving KPI’s and building revenues and client relationships.
- Commercially driven with the ability to seek out digital campaign value & opportunities.
- A good communicator, able to enfuse clients through creativity and passion
- Evidence of successfully winning and developing a retained client base is essential.
