A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A RECEPTION TEAM MEMBER AT HIEX MANCHESTER AIRPORT
What you'll be doing...
Reporting to the Duty Manager, you can expect you will be working part time in the evenings or weekends:
- Ensuring that all guests and visitors receive a warm welcome and a lasting first impression of the hotel.
- Checking guests in / out
- Being a point of contact for all hotel guests and dealing with all situations in a polite and courteous
- Answering enquiries by telephone and email
- Ensuring that all departing guests are satisfied and taking payments

- Excellent communication skills to be able to chat to guests and colleagues
