As Senior Digital Marketing Executive, you will work across a variety of media to implement the digital and traditional marketing strategy to build brand awareness and drive sales through unique and creative marketing campaigns. You will contribute to, and execute our digital communications plan, including overseeing paid marketing channels and organic channels.
We’re looking for a versatile, dynamic, and experienced marketer who will drive sales and customer engagement across all marketing channels.
Duties of the role will include but are not limited to:
· Managing paid marketing channels including PPC and social media. Creating new and innovative campaigns, strategically allocating budget to maximise return on investment and continually improve campaign performance through analysis.
· Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution.
· Develop and implement an SEO strategy to improve performance of unpaid marketing channels.
· Champion the highest level of quality in our campaigns and ensure the highest of standards are met across all advertising networks.
· Try new things and aim to continually improve results through test and learn strategies.
· Keen interest in new Marketing Technologies and ability to identify how this affects current systems and can be applied within the day-to-day business.
· Produce reports in order to communicate performance against your goals, strategies and targets.
· Coaching or managing entry-level colleagues within the team, potentially.
Essential Criteria
· Degree in marketing and minimum of 3+ years’ experience in a dynamic, fast paced digital marketing environment.
· Demonstrable experience in managing relationships with outside agencies.
· Demonstrable experience in creating innovative campaigns and A/B tests which sit across a variety of media and performed well in either engaging their audience or growing sales.
· Excellent communicator with a flair for the written word and an eye for good design.
· Comfortable and confident in managing relationships at all levels with people inside and outside of the business.
· Acquisition marketing experience with ROI evidence
· Capable of improving business processes and deliver against business strategy.
· Able to work alone or in a team as the task at hand requires.
· Confident user of Microsoft Office.
· Willing and able to bring ideas – a creative marketer.
· Creative thinking and commercially astute with ability to manage budgets while optimising results.
· Analytical skills and the ability to manipulate data to produce meaningful information.
Desirable Criteria
· Understanding of the pet/grooming industry
· Adobe CS experience
· Experience of using Salesforce Marketing Cloud
· Beneficial to have experience owning digital campaigns on a global level
