Introduction
An IBM DevOps Consultant works directly with our clients on key initiatives. You will have the opportunity to build an in-depth understanding of their business issues and implement organisational strategies that drive adoption of change. We are looking for experts who can build credibility and trust with our clients and provide knowledge that addresses individual and unique business needs.

Your Role and Responsibilities

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• As Senior DevOps Engineer you will play a key collaborative role to drive a commercial outcome.
• Worked on at least 2 commercial projects where you have worked in a lead capacity.
• Experience working with at least one cloud platform (e.g. AWS/ GCP / Azure) at associate certified level.
• Containerisation experience working with Kubernetes & Docker, writing scripts to achieve automation & serverless architecture interfacing with relational databases and No-SQL databases.
• Extensive experience with CI/CD tools and different automation technologies.
• Experience using Infrastructure as Code & Configuration as Code tools.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• Site Reliability Engineering, experience in implementing and maintaining secure and scalable architecture.
• Experience with administration, monitoring and maintenance of production systems.
