ABOUT BENTLEY
Join Bentley Motors as we embark on the most transformative phase in Bentley’s history
Bentley Motors is transforming, combining a world of luxury and progressive technology to embrace an electrified future - becoming completely carbon neutral and having 100% Battery Electric Vehicle offering by 2030.

Our Campus, located in Crewe, Cheshire is going through its own transformation and offers unrivalled facilities including green space, an onsite restaurant & coffee shops, and onsite gym.

ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Senior Data Scientist you’ll lead the delivery of data enablement to make Bentley the benchmark for customer and company performance metrics, through insight driven by building the best data and analytical capabilities. You’ll be responsible for delivering key elements of the data strategy, including transforming data into insights that deliver meaningful and measurable value.

This is a newly created role in our central Data Team, which will accelerate our ability to utilise our data by enhancing our visualisation capabilities, so that we can better identify key trends, patterns and relationships from large data sets to influence the business, as we work towards producing the first Bentley fully electric vehicles and meeting our sustainability targets.

The IT Transformation is an essential lever for enabling the Bentley Beyond100 vision, by becoming a software and data driven mobility company. Our IT function is restructuring into a streamlined capability driven organisation, building value streams such as data strategy, and will deliver greater partnership with our functions and impactful technological value realisation.

  • Ensuring appropriate data documentation/cataloguing is in place and maintained
  • Enabling and inspiring the Bentley data community by providing expert information and sharing knowledge

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
