We are delighted to present this brand-new role
at Red Kite Learning Trust. Working closely with our Trust Central Team, you
will be our Trust lead for the development of all aspects of data in schools
and central functions, responsible for influencing at the very heart of our
growing Multi-Academy Trust. You will lead our strategy to develop effective use
of data across our Trust, bringing insight, consistency and accurate
information to help us fulfil our Trust Mission of Nurturing ambition,
delivering excellence and enriching children’s lives.

ANALYTICAL by nature, with proven skills and experience in managing
complex data and developing and delivering strategic plans - RESOURCEFUL and creative, able to solve
problems using critical
thinking and make strategic

patterns and insights and able to shape our priorities to support the optimum
use of resources - DRIVEN to work in a values focused
