What you’ll be doing:

We are now looking for a Senior Customer Services Advisor on a full time, permanent basis to work collaboratively with key stakeholders across the UK operations team including team leaders, Operations Manager and Head of Service.

The Senior Customer Service Advisor will report into your Team Leader and identify opportunities for improvements that are related to driving revenue opportunities, delivering a positive customer experience and driving efficiency savings.

Your primary role will be to support your Team Leader in coaching metrics for all staff, to ensure high performance levels are achieved, and maintained within agreed standards.

This role will be based on site at our Swindon office.

What we’re looking for:

You will have a strong background in Customer Service, ideally in a mentoring and coaching capacity. Additionally, you will have great time-management and computer literacy skills and be passionate about putting the customer at the heart of everything you do!
