VANRATH are delighted to be assisting a Leading Finance Organisation with the recruitment of a Senior Customer Agents into a FTSE 250 Financial Services company that is thriving.

Shifts are held over Monday to Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm + 1 Hour lunch. No weekend working.
The role will incorporate Hybrid working - 3-2 days Working From Home & 2-3 days Working in Belfast City Centre office. Initial training will be in office.
Individuals who are immediately available or have a 1-week notice will be preferred to others.
Salary
£22,000 - £23,500 + Bonus (Average £4,000 - £5,000 per year) + Other fantastic additional benefits - including one of the best pension schemes available, private medical cover + a lot more as shown at bottom of advert

Responsibilities
As a Destination Retirement Co-ordinator, you will play a pro-active part in customers remaining committed to understanding their retirement options as well as planning and completing the retirement journey through our Destination Retirement service and also ensuring customers receive the right outcome by getting closer to our customers whilst maximising Group profit.
- Support during the journey can include telephone, email or web-chat support.
- Recording activities accurately and efficiently to ensure customers remain committed to completing the retirement journey through our Retirement services, ensuring customers receive the right outcome.
The Ideal Person
- Calls/ or Sales experience
- Web chat experience preferred
- Finance call experience preferred - e.g. banks etc.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to process all information quickly and accurately
- Time management, planning and prioritisation skills to allow for workloads which are subject to constant change
- Flexible approach: ability to work as part of a team in a fast-moving environment
- Clear focus on customer outcome, quality, service and results
- Excellent communication skills – with the ability to communicate information across different media (e.g., telephone, webchat, email)
