About the opportunity:
Due to continued growth, an exciting opportunity has arisen for an administrator to join our fantastic team here in Paisley on a full-time, permanent basis. The successful applicants will join a dynamic company that supports its employees and provides genuine opportunities to grow with our company. Day to day you will be responsible for keeping healthcare workers across the UK compliant and helping make compliance easier for both our clients and their candidates.
Roles and Responsibilities
· Having expert knowledge of the industry and HB Group;
· Working as part of a team;
· Providing telephone support to clients;
· Proving technical support to clients and services users;
· Organising and storing electronic data/documents and computer-based information;
· Using a variety of software packages, such as Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, etc., to produce correspondence documents, and maintain presentations, spreadsheets, and databases;
· Communicating with clients/service users via zoom;
· Being innovative and striving to constantly improve the service.

· One-year admin experience (preferred but not required)

Salary: £24,000.00 per year
