As our CRM Campaign Specialist, you’ll be accountable for delivering programs and projects, that drive user engagement and donations for our charity partners and JustGiving fundraisers. Working alongside Account Management, Engineering, and Partnerships, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management and delivery of digital communication solutions to help our customers achieve success in their online peer-to-peer fundraising campaigns.
Communications consultancy and hands-on technical implementation with large scale, automated email marketing campaigns are essential.
What you’ll be doing
  • Provide support and consultancy of our Digital Services portfolio, specific to our communication solutions
  • Collaborate with the Account Management team in providing expert recommendations, positioning Digital Communications to customers
  • Use original and innovative thinking to design campaign strategies that allow our clients to meet their objectives
  • Execute bespoke digital communications programs in line with a campaign brief and budget
  • Create and test segmented EDM journeys with dynamic content and custom HTML
  • Work directly with external event partners to design and execute cross channel Communications Programs for key national multi-charity events as required
  • Ensure that all communications meet the GDPR and PECR legislation.
What we need you to bring
  • 5+ years’ experience in a CRM or digital marketing role
  • Hands on experience using Salesforce Marketing Cloud required
  • Experience designing customer centric email programs
  • Experience managing complex lifecycle, multi-wave, data-driven campaigns
  • Highly agile with innovative mindset
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
  • Strong communication skills (verbal, written and presentational)
  • A solid understanding of data and relational database structures
