About the role
We are looking for to lead by example when supervising direct reports to facilitate daily, weekly, and monthly responsibilities. You need to be a and dynamic ambassador for the Credit Control function and be an overall contact for external and team members. You will report to the Accounts Receivable & Credit Control Manager.
Senior Credit Control Lead role will manage the following across all countries in which Deliveroo operates:
What you'll do
Support the entire Credit Control process for our commercial customers and foster good global customer relationships
Chase debt on assigned accounts across all Deliveroo markets and ensuring any account issues are raised with the Customer or appropriate team members
Supervising the Credit Control team to ensure all daily, weekly & monthly tasks are communicated and processed timely, working to clearly defined Service level agreements
Escalate issues for direct reports, overseeing and assisting with complex customer queries and disputes
Assist other teams as required to ensure the goals of Finops are met
Ensure that customer queries received are managed within agreed Service level agreement
Review customer accounts to ensure customer payments are correctly allocated
Maintain customer data in ERP system
Produce and maintain weekly/monthly operational reports ensuring the relevant information is communicated to the appropriate stakeholders
Help with Month End activities to provide a thoughtful close
Help with special projects and partner with internal team members
Provide cover for Credit and Billing Manager in their absence.
Any other Ad-hoc responsibilities.
Requirements
Experience with the Credit Control process, having held a Senior/Lead Credit Controller, Accounts Receivable role previously for 3+ years
A appreciation for Service level agreement management
An understanding of P&L activity
Strong systems experience and and Advanced Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets) and
Nice-to-haves:
Systems Experience, Netsuite, Looker, and Salesforce
Experience working for a Global company.
