Move2 Estate Agents is a small business in Saltcoats. We are professional, agile, innovative, and our goal is to Move2 Estate Agents, sell and rent out properties in North Ayrshire. We are looking for someone who is capable of working on their own but as part of a team too. They need to be excellent communicators and have good people skills. The job can be stressful and they will need to be able to do many different tasks throughout the day. Telephone skills, diary management and have good computer skills essential. It is a small team so personalities need to work well together and we actively prompt good vibes within the office.
We are looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the office, including answering phones, scheduling appointments, and filing paperwork. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Answer phones and take messages.
- Schedule appointments and meetings.
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
- Organise files and documents.
- Prepare reports and presentations.
- Assist with special projects as needed.
- Maintain office supplies and equipment.
- Provide administrative support to staff members.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £10.42 per hour
