Techne Media is looking for a Digital Media Buying Specialist to join our growing digital team and lead the execution and oversight of our digital campaigns for Google and Social Media PPC platforms. The ideal candidate is comfortable in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about driving results and victories for our clients.

The Role: What You’ll Be Doing
- Execute client’s digital media campaigns via Social Media PPC platforms and Google AdWords.
- Place digital campaigns and ensure fulfillment for direct and managed buys.
- Optimize campaigns.
- Set up attribution tracking.
- Weigh in on strategy to craft digital advertising plans that reach across screens and across platforms utilizing the latest tools.
- Troubleshoot performance issues, identifying optimizations and solutions to drive results.
- Monitor digital media campaigns – ensuring the team is hitting benchmarks.
- Carefully manage media budgets and analyze performance data, reporting campaign metrics to internal and client teams.
- Ensure campaigns deliver against key performance indicators and be able to provide analysis.
- Report on client campaign success — supporting reporting lead to compile and analyze to better optimize campaigns and translate results for clients.
- Stay up to date on the latest ad-tech/mar-tech trends.
Professional Background: What We’re Looking For
- Hands on experience with executing digital media and advertising planning and campaigns.
- Demonstrated experience with Digital Advertising platforms:
- Social Media PPC: Facebook Business Manager, Twitter, LinkedIn, Truth Social, Rumble, Reddit.
- Demonstrated experience with Digital Advertising platforms:
- Working knowledge of audience building and targeting with a multitude of different platforms with an understanding of how to measure those results.
- Familiarity with reporting and visualization tools as they pertain to ad campaigns, such as Datorama, Funnel, Google Analytics, Google Data Studio.
- Ability to multitask, meet tight deadlines, and adapt quickly to changing priorities in a fast-paced work environment.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills with an ability to clearly convey concepts to different stakeholders.

- Experience working for a digital media agency, advocacy organization, public affairs agency, political consulting firm, or campaign is a major plus – but not a deal breaker.
