Salary: £50,000 per annum plus company car / car allowance, bonus and Veolia benefits
Hours: 40 hours per week Monday to Friday
Location: Yorkshire and North East (Mobile)

What you'll be doing;
-Maintaining current Contract health reviews with actions to improve contract delivery.
-Building relationships with customers with a view to extend contracts, expand the scope of work and sell other services to customers.
-Utilising the Veolia support functions to assist with developing and executing improvement plans.
-Working with direct reports to understand their P&Ls and to track performance.
-Keep forecasts up to date and develop mitigation plans when forecasts indicate below target performance.
-Preparing annual budgets and F1/2 forecasts and assisting with presenting to Senior Management.
-Understanding contracts to ensure full commercial value.
-Assisting with succession planning for the area, including mentoring graduates.
-Developing training and development plans and ensuring teams are motivated.
-Working with the Business Development teams to establish new business across the region.
What we're looking for;
- Experience and track record of delivering Total Waste Management services as a Contract Manager or similar.
-Proven track record in developing customer relationships, contract retention, and growth in a diverse portfolio of contracts.
-Experience in Operational management and managing teams for high performance.
-H&S Qualification (IOSH) NEBOSH.
-Degree level qualification in Environmental, Sustainability or technical qualification.
-Commercial & Contractual experience & track record.
-Detailed industry knowledge and professional networks across the North East of England
