We have an opportunity for a Senior Contract Manager with extensive experience in the Water Industry, to join our high performing IMDS (Integrated Metering & Developer Services) team, to deliver strategic and operational goals, leading our Anglian Water contract to greater success.
We’re looking for an exceptional collaborator, who inspires others to meet or positively exceed their targets, a highly skilled mentor and client advocate.
Here are just a few of the key responsibilities:
- Lead and inspire operational managers to continually drive compliance, instil a health and safety-first mindset, improve performance and maximise profitability.
- Implement & maintain processes that align resources, systems and employees to strategic objectives and priorities.
- Management of the P&L / budget management
- Accountable for the contract’s overall performance, across customer service, operational delivery, health & safety and revenue.
We would love to hear from you if you can demonstrate...
Extensive experience in the water industry, people management skills, substantial commercial awareness and knowledge of CDM working practises.
A thorough understanding of NEC contract forms is required, along with previous experience in managing budgets.
A health and safety qualification such as IOSH.
The ability to improve on current and future delivery is critical to the ongoing success of the contract.
