Role: Management Accountant
9-month Contract – Maternity cover
Salary: £40,000 per annum

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assisting in preparation of monthly Management Accounts
- Month end journals including Fixed Asset, Accruals, Prepayments & Intercompany
- Balance Sheet Reconciliations
- Monthly Intercompany Reconciliation
- Monthly Bank Reconciliations
- Corporate card and petty cash schedules
- Direct Debit process
- Management of Finance Assistant
- Childcare Grant Payment Service calculations
- Running Debtors reports for the FD at the beginning of the month
- Assisting the FC with Year End process and tasks
- Liaising with team members and Nursery Managers
- Processing faster payments when required
- Assisting with customer queries and receipting when required
- Ad-hoc projects

Accounts Experience Required:
- Management Accounting experience
- Sage 50
