The Opportunity
We now have an excellent opportunity in the form of a Senior Continuous Improvement Advisor. Internally known as an Operational Excellence Senior Advisor you’ll support the Business Excellence function.
In this National role you'll utilize continuous improvement methodology and best practice techniques in our journey to deliver operational improvements aiming at sustained benefits across all the business divisions.
A part of this role you will be the Operational Excellence lead coordinator for Continuous Improvement activities within the Ready Mix division of Aggregate Industries.
As an Operational Excellence Senior Advisor you’ll lead on the delivery of coaching and training programmes across the business to support the implementation of Continuous Improvement techniques and LEAN.
You'll also develop credibility, knowledge and experience to be able to provide valuable support to teams and individuals in the consistent delivery of the company’s operational excellence strategy.

Who you are
You'll have knowledge of the manufacturing process for Ready Mix Concrete.
As this is a National role, you'll hold a full UK driving license and be willing to stop away when needed.
You’ll have experience of Continuous Improvement principles and methodologies and be keen to further build upon this knowledge across our many and varied operations.
