Senior Content Designer
Salary national up to £50,000
London up to £60,000
Are you passionate about creating suites of content to meet customer needs? From coming up with ideas on what people want to know about to build awareness and consideration to moving people through the decision journey so they can smoothly get to what they need on our website. We’re looking for a Senior Content Designer to lead a small team working on all Aviva products across the digital estate.
A bit about the job:
This role will be leading on content standards from briefing to delivery, while managing team capacity and capability.
As one of the Senior Content Designer, you will lead digital transformation, content strategy, and champion copy, content design and behavioural economics to our stakeholders, as well as supporting the Senior Content Designer and Content Managers in creating customer-focussed content to meet business objectives. As a critical part of the newly created Marketing Centres of Excellence, you will play a vital role to help shape the team to become more content-led in digital, design and marketing.
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
- Proven record of copywriting end-to-end digital journeys, including support and awareness articles from idea to delivery and beyond
- Experience with writing for all channels and formats for example: web email, social medial, long form and short form copy and UX copy
- Prior experience with managing a team and stakeholder engagement
- Experience working with UX teams to build out digital customer journeys
- Digital transformation experience, along with developing content for digital platforms, good knowledge with content production (desirable) and developing content strategies (desirable)
What you’ll get for this role:
- Salary between £50,000 - £60,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
