TechVise is a well established Tech Repair brand in Bagshot, who are looking to hire a well experienced mobile phone technician.
Job Description:
We are looking for a Technician with at least 1 Years of experience in the repair industry knowing how to repair phones, tablets and laptops.
You need to have amazing people skills as you need to be able to give the best customer service to all customers so you can solve all tbeir issues
You must have be able to operate the POS system that we use to keep all repairs organised.
Responsibilities:
- Perform basic repairs such as screens, batteries and cameras on devices
- Fix all devices to the highest standard
- Help customers with all their technical issues
- Make sure the store is always presentable for customers
Experience:
- 1 Years of experience repairing phones, tablets in a similar environment with brands such as Apple and Samsung
- Top communication skills with an energetic aura to assist customers
- Experience working in a service based environment
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £24,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
