The Opportunity:
Step into the role of a Senior Care Assistant, leading, managing, and supporting a compassionate care team to ensure our residents receive top-tier care and services.
Your Responsibilities:
- Drive relationship-centered, clinical, and dementia care.
- Collaborate with the Care Manager for continuous assessment, planning, and implementation of resident care.
- Guide and nurture the care team's growth through supervision and performance management.
- Cater to residents' dietary needs, ensuring personalized and suitable meals.
- Oversee resident admissions, discharges, and property management.
- Foster relationship-centered care activities within the home.
Who We Seek:
