Senior Business Analyst (Inside IR35)
Contract Term: 6 Months

Location: Remote
As a Senior Analyst within the Digital, Data and Technology (DDaT) directorate you will be part of a team of business analysts that work across more than 10 scrum teams that develop and maintain digital services for our core service lines: Filing, Get Company Information, Intelligence and Enforcement and Common Services.
Our Senior Business Analysts play a key role in the identification, analysis, and delivery of requirements for these service teams whilst working in an Agile way using Scrum framework.
The Senior Business Analysts work closely with stakeholders and aligned professions including Agile Delivery Management, Product Management, User Centred Design, Project Management, Architecture and Software Development.

As a Senior Business Analyst, your main responsibilities would be:
· Leading the identification, analysis & delivery of requirements for service teams.
· Investigating business needs & assisting in the recommendation of service improvement & business solutions – defining problems to be solved & ensuring strategic decision-making supports business outcomes.
· Collaboration with stakeholders & communicating complex concepts to stakeholders across the business and sharing knowledge with other business analysts on the team.
· Modelling processes / procedures using business analysis techniques – understanding their purpose & importance.
· Supporting investigation on wider project workstreams – documenting & communicating results based on outcomes.
You’ll have relevant experience in:

· Demonstrable Senior Business Analysis experience – ability to lead others to increase professionalism.
· BCS International Diploma in Business Analysis or equivalent qualification.
· Expert stakeholder management skills & experience.
· Legislative / Judiciary experience – desirable.
· Identify verification experience – desirable
· Ability to clearly describe complex concepts
· Confident communicator
