You will be part of the West Coast South Route Sponsorship team, covering the south of Crewe to London Euston. This particular project is Euston based but that is not essential as a location of work.

Brief Description
What will you be doing?
Direct and manage the development and implementation of the Euston Immediate Capacity Measure portfolio of workstreams where Network Rail assumes a sponsorship role. Deliver the project benefit realisation to agreed scope, time and cost.

Key Accountabilities
In order to be successful in this role, we would like you to have/to be:
- Experience of dealing with client portfolios and liaising with people at all levels
- Ability to articulate complex business problems into manageable work packages and produce synthesised logical solutions
- Proven ability to write coherently; conveying report / investment information in a concise manner
- Commercially astute, persuasive, and customer focused
- Proven influencing and negotiating skills
We would also like but it isnt crucial to have/to be:
- Experience in management roles in a commercial environment
- Experience in negotiating contracts to finalisation and ability to demonstrate commercial success

Salary: Band 3B - Starting at £44,690 and increasing to £50,276
Network Rail adheres to a structured pay framework, any salary offered will be within the pay range advertised.
