It's a busy and exciting time for the brand and we’re on the hunt for a Senior Business Analyst to join our growing BA Team.

The Role:

To coach and guide the Business Analyst team, whilst assuming core tasks of a BA for delivery of an outcome.
To support the Business Analyst team ensuring efficient and effective methods and toolsets used, that people and process impacts are considered and enabling sharing of knowledge across the team.
To support the resourcing demands across the Business Analysis Team
To help review and improve ways of working within the team across both Waterfall and Agile methodologies
Make recommendations on the most effective delivery methodologies for each initiative.
Assist with high level scope, impacts, estimations, dependencies etc for ideas and initiatives.
Support the business analyst manager in impacting the pipeline of work into the team and ensuring
Act as a proxy to the product manager/ business Lead as the key SME and decision maker, when required.

Skills, Competencies & Experience:

Strong problem resolution, negotiation, and influencing skills.
Excellent communicator, collaborator and “people person” capable of sharing a vision, aligning people, focusing efforts and motivating the team.
Ability to engage both developers and business partners to achieve target outcomes.
Ability to communicate technical information in a condensed manner to various stakeholders verbally and in writing.
Adaptability and a willingness to learn new skills.
Analytical mind-set, with a passion for identifying and resolving issues and the ability to turn findings into actions.
Effective people manager.
High emotional intelligence, will help to collaborate and steer the team.
Strong influencer, will be able to keep to the big picture in people’s focus.
Strong Motivator, the team will require energy and enthusiasm.
