Job description
In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth running of our clients business, maintaining up-to-date filing and documentation, providing exceptional support to their customers and identifying opportunities to promote the services they offer. You will utilise specialist computer software (training will be provided) and provide reports on progress.
Duties:
- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient administrative processes to support the delivery and commercial objectives.
- Handle customer inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring effective and seamless service delivery.
- Create content and post regularly on social media channels
- Employ methods to understand customer requirements, perceptions, satisfaction levels, and complaints.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues on the development of promotional material, finance records, and press and media activities.
- Manage schedules, meetings, webinars and bookings.
