
Senior Business Analyst London, England
Job description
- Partnering with business and product teams to document current business process and challenges and design future process
- Gathering business requirements and translation into high level user stories
- Maintaining stakeholder expectations and raise appropriate issues to project managers as necessary
- Consulting senior stakeholders through effective communication and efficient, quality execution on projects
- Following established business processes, protocols and quality standards in the development and deployment of complex solutions
- Performing analysis on existing systeto ensure all current and future systems are working together efficiently; identifying options for potential solutions and assess for both technical and business suitability
- Collaborating in hybrid global teams. Work across globally disparate development teams, technology, and business, product, and customers to ensure requirements are being met
- Experience of gathering business requirements and translating them into user stories and acceptance criteria
- Show broad understanding of software development methodologies, platforms, and tools
- Demonstrate an ability to facilitate, small/medium sized workshops
- Possess communication skills that facilitate effective dialogue across all levels of the organization. With written communication skills to include process documentation
- Demonstrate previous experience of working in an agile environment and using recognized development methodology e.g., Agile, Scrum and Kanban
- Experience of the BA role in the full software development lifecycle
- Have a solid command of the following tools: JIRA, Confluence, BPMN, Slack, MS Office, Teams
- Demonstrate experience of using analytics data to build a research strategy and qualitative insights
