Job description
The Senior Brand Manager will be passionate about Pizza Hut and will help lead innovation across the UK, Ireland & France. They will be responsible for driving projects, strategy, innovation, sales growth, and marketing excellence across the regions, by working very closely with our Franchise partners to provide strategic guidance, advice and influence.
The candidate will be required to build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including franchise partners, and bring these partners on the journey to build and activate marketing innovation.
Main ResponsibilitiesWhat you’ll do:
Key job functions include:
- Be both the Project and Marketing lead for Key Innovation, working with both internal and external partners e.g., Franchisees
- Own market launch plans and ensure seamless execution
- Leverage learnings & best practices from Pizza Hut Global markets on key marketing initiatives
- Strong partnerships within the Franchise community to create and execute our innovation marketing strategy, using key customer insights to deliver on the key strategic and growth KPIs.
- Build strong relationships based on trust, reliability and expertise both within Yum! and externally with our franchisees
- Be a trusted partner to our global teams and teams across other international markets to leverage, learn and share best practices.
- Work closely with global teams and teams across other international markets to learn, leverage and enable best practice sharing.
- Galvanize management, franchise partners, and cross-functional teams around Innovation
What we would love from you
- 5+ years’ experience in in a fast paced FMCG or Franchise led business organizations with a focus on ecommerce is preferred
- Minimum of 2-3 years of innovation marketing experience in leading ATL, BTL and Online marketing/digital experience
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to gain insights from data analysis
- Confidence to lead project teams and effectively
- Ability to build strong relationships at all levels
