Senior Baristas - Serving Specialty Coffee with a Purpose.
Redemption Roasters are on a mission to reduce reoffending rates through coffee
We are looking for skilled Senior Baristas to join our team and help serve specialty coffee with a purpose in our busy coffee shops.
This role is an excellent opportunity if you love working with people and are looking to further your career; you will learn and develop as we grow and get better and better each day. We welcome those with strong barista or managerial experience in a similar type of business.

You are;
outgoing, with a warm personality and great attitude- proactive, with a strong work ethic and willingness to pitch in whatever the task

Responsibilities include;
- making consistently excellent coffee
- maintaining an electric atmosphere with your team members
- providing exemplary customer service (even during busy periods!)
- embodying the Redemption Behaviours in everything you do
- supporting in the training of your team
- opening/closing the coffee shop when needed
- ordering stock & ensuring correct stock levels are maintained at all times
- actively seeking your own development

Hours: Full time - approx 40 hours per week
We believe exceptional coffee can come from people and places you wouldn’t expect; At our roastery in HMP The Mount, we train offenders in coffee industry skills with the aim of reducing reoffending in the UK. Upon release, we help our graduates find work in our own coffee shops, or within our network.
