Our client who is a leader in their field are seeking a Senior Administrator to join them at their office based in Catterick Garrison. We are seeking a confident administrator with a strong attention to detail, who can assist in the running of the office.

Duties:

• Typing documentation and schedules
• Handling queries and Reception duties
• Managing diaries and organising schedules
• Project Co-ordination
• Upkeeping both paper and electronic files
• Ordering equipment, as well as processing invoices and expenses
• General administration and ad-hoc duties
• Assisting in preparing budgets

What we are looking for:

• Administration experience (essential)
• Experience using Sage (preferred)
• Audio typing experience (preferred)
• An interest in property and land
• Strong customer service, accuracy and numeracy skills
• Excellent communication skills on all levels
• A positive attitude
• Good knowledge of Microsoft office

To be successful as an Administrator you will be a proactive individual with the ability to prioritise tasks and problem solve. In return the successful candidate will receive a salary between £20k-£23.5k, plus benefits, working Monday to Friday, with some flexible working options.
