Role Responsibilities:
- Providing admin support for teams
- Typing of letters, emails, reports
- Distributing minutes
- Booking rooms
- Sending invitations
- Updating database
- Scanning and indexing
- Monitoring and updating spread sheets
Essential Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- GCSE (or equivalent) level A-C (including English and Maths)
- Previous general administrative experience
- Computer literate
- Effective communication skills
