Wells Fargo has a new opportunity for an experienced Senior Administrative Assistant to join the team on a six month fixed term contract basis. to provide administrative support to multiple executives and wider team members within the COO office.

In this role, you will:
- Ownership for complex end-to-end global travel arrangements and effective coordination of itineraries, including submission of travel pre-approval forms and coordinate any visa applications, COVID testing etc.
- Travel bookings using online Concur travel booking tool, ensuring adherence to corporate travel policy at all times.
- New joiner onboarding and set up support.
- Timely processing and submission of monthly expenses, ensuring adherence to policy at all times.
- Prepare and process invoices as required in a timely manner.
- Diary management.
- Arranging meetings at home and abroad, both internally and externally
- Answer and direct phone calls, visitors and other internal team members; coordination and supporting meeting set up and execution.
- Booking conference calls, rooms, taxis, couriers, hotels etc.
- Assisting with presentations including typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
- Filing, faxing and scanning documents.
- Ordering office supplies.
- Partner with both local and regional support teams for any technology, facilities, or support needs that arise for the business.
- Support event planning for team and management ad hoc events as required.
- Helping the team with ad hoc problems i.e. IT issues, travel etc.
- Provide cover support for other administrative employees as part of a 'buddy system' as required.
- Ad hoc support with special projects as directed.
Required Qualifications, International:
- Previous administration experience, in a banking, financial services or consulting environment.
- Strong diary-management and administrative skills.
- Well organized with a proven ability to prioritize effectively.
- Ability to multi-task and work to tight deadlines while maintaining excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including excellent telephone manner.
- Must be extremely flexible with a positive, hands-on and proactive approach to work.
- Knowledge of Concur or similar expense management systems advantageous.
Job Expectations:
- Wells Fargo operates a Hybrid working model combining office and home working. The requirement is a minimum of 3 days in the office.
